1. Shipping Information

Within 48 hours of successfully placing an order at the STARTRC GMAES official store startrc-games.com, the order will be confirmed and you will receive an email with order details. Please provide a correct email address.
(1) Shipping Fee:
A $10 shipping fee will be charged for all orders.
(2) Notes:
Some products or countries and regions may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local/state laws, dangerous goods, large or oddly shaped items, or certain types of addresses that some carriers cannot deliver to (such as military addresses (APO/FPO) and certain islands).
Brazil's current overseas import policy stipulates that all incoming goods are subject to customs inspection and will be subject to import taxes based on the type and value of the goods. If you place an order on our website, it is deemed that you are willing to bear the taxes that will be incurred. For customers in Mainland China and Taiwan, please place your order at the STARTRC official store on Tmall. For Hong Kong and Macau, please fill in your name, ID number and delivery address in Traditional Chinese.
